All orders are shipped through Canada Post. In the event of a postal strike or pending service disruption, we will communicate any changes with shipping carriers or rates.

UPDATE * Shipping to the USA has resumed, with duties being collected at checkout. Delays may still occur with customs. We ask that you monitor your tracking number provided with your shipping notification to keep updated. 

In-stock and ready to ship items are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed during sales may have a slightly longer processing time of 3-5 days. 

If you order in-stock items with pre-order items, they will ship together.  If you need your in-stock items ASAP, please leave a note at checkout and a separate shipping invoice will be sent.

Free shipping is offered on Canadian orders over $200.00 after discounts and before taxes. This promo may be suspended during sales or shipping carrier disruptions such as a postal strike. 

All parcels ship tracked and are insured for $100.00. If you would like additional insurance coverage, please email when ordering. 

You will receive a shipping notification when your item has shipped. It is your responsibility to follow the tracking and correspond with the carrier as needed. Shipping times vary from next day to 21 days, depending on where you are in Canada/ USA, and providing there are no service disruptions, delays etc. 

For customers in the USA, due to tariffs and the suspension of the de minimis exemption, duties will be collected at checkout. If there are further taxes required by your state, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these to the appropriate authority. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the package being returned to us. Please note that refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to refusal of these charges.

Local (Keewatin, ON) pick up is also an available option at checkout. You will be notified by email when your order is ready and to make arrangements for pick up.
