Refund policy

We do not accept returns on cut fabric from the bolt.

All custom orders/ made to order items are a final sale. If there is an issue when you receive your order, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can work out a solution!

For all other items, if you change your mind or are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and your request will be reviewed. Refunds will be given for the item price only; original shipping costs can not be refunded. The item will need to be returned in original/ unused condition. Please include a note with your name and order number. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility and must include insurance and a tracking number. Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned item. 

Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to refusal of any charges a customer is required to pay to their state for importing. 

Please carefully inspect your items upon arrival.  If you have received the wrong item, or there is a manufacturers defect/ flaw, we want to make your order right. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed to you.  Fabric colour discrepancies are not covered.  Please note, we try our best to show true colours of our products.  We cannot guarantee the colour you receive will be an exact match to what you see online as all monitors/ devices display differently.  We'd be happy to help you colour match through email, or swatches can be ordered.
